How You Can Help Us Get the Delivery Right
Please let the recipient know to expect a perishable (and delicious!) package. SW Xotic Fruits is not responsible if the business is closed and the carrier is unable to deliver the package. Give us the recipient’s full street address, Landmarks and telephone number. For business addresses, please include as much information as possible including company name, telephone number, suite or room number, recipient’s name and department, if applicable.
We ship year-round, however, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict our shipping if extreme climatic conditions warrant OR reasons beyond our control.
